TERMS & CONDITIONS

Bookings are essential via the following link.

Cancellation Policy: We reserve the right to cancel an event for any reason including but not limited to dangerous weather, bushfire, flooding and a full refund will be issued.

If you wish to cancel your booking altogether, we require written notice 5 business days prior to your booking date. You may transfer your booking to another date (for the same type of tour) by advising us in writing 3 business days prior to your booking date. Please note that we run our tours in cold or wet weather. If you wish to cancel due to wet or cold weather, we suggest you cancel with more than 5 business days written as stated above.

No other refunds will apply.

All written communication is to be sent to bookings@joadtatown.com.au . Please reference your booking number.

Please note that Joadja tours are conducted in the outdoors and there are natural inherent danger such as uneven and rough walking surfaces, trees and potential for falling trees and other vegetation, falling rocks, dust, animals, etc.

The tours are also conducted on trailers/people movers which may bounce and shake from time to time. If you have a back injury or other health issues where exposure to sharp motion, dust, wind, etc may cause injury or discomfort, we recommend you do not take this tour. You may be able to request a seat in the people mover tow vehicle subject to availability. Please enquire prior to booking.
